The Organizing Committee (OC) is the team responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering ECC Albena 2026. From the first announcement to the final whistle and farewell dinner, the OC ensures that every sporting, logistical, and social aspect of the tournament is executed to the highest standard.

Our role is to provide clear communication, fair organization, and reliable support to teams, partners, and participants throughout the entire event.

    Responsible for competition regulations, match scheduling, referees, venues, and on-site team transfers. Primary point of contact for all sporting matters.

    Responsible for all official events, including the opening ceremony, themed parties, and the closing gala. Oversees photography and video production.     Oversees the tournament’s core organizational framework through management of all contractual relationships with external partners, including venues, service providers, and the gala dinner. Primary contact for contracts, suppliers, and formal organizational matters.
